We have worked with reservoir teams to identify and prioritize development strategies, including preliminary flow assurance plans, field layouts, technical specifications for floating facilities, riser interfaces, overall execution planning, and field development economics.
Our team has implemented solutions for multiple projects in the Gulf of Mexico, including full-field project management for high-pressure development, preliminary tieback assessments, hub development, and a unique plan for manifolding together multiple exploration prospects into existing infrastructure to allow the operator to capitalize on marginal fields.
Outside the US, we created a strategy for commercializing multiple small reservoirs with unified gas infrastructure using a modular floating system offshore West Africa. We introduced a plan for the initial exploration of a deepwater lake in East Africa. We also completed projects for presalt developments offshore Brazil, designing plans to bring marginal fields to market in conditions with significant reservoir uncertainty.
